INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
LOGIN WITH YOUR USERNAME and PASSWORD: Your username is the contact person’s e-mail address listed on your youth conference registration form. Your password is the 6-digit reservation number found at the top of any group receipt/confirmation you have received. If you have groups registered for both youth conference and middle school conference, please note that your reservation number for each group is different!
ENTERING YOUR PARTICIPANTS COVENANT INFORMATION:
A. Let your participants submit information themselves with the PARTICIPANT LINK: On the group information page, you will see a PARTICIPANT LINK. This link is unique to your group. You will copy and paste this link to your youth, adult participants and chaperones. When they click on the link, they will be directed to a page to enter their email address. If their email address was already in the database from the previous summer, the covenant will be auto-populated with their information. They should review and make any necessary updates, ie grade, etc. If they aren’t in the database, it will take them to a blank form which they’ll complete and then they’ll hit SUBMIT. It will be your responsibility to scan for accuracy, duplicates, etc.
B. Submit your participants’ information for them using the REGISTER PARTICIPANT feature: If any youth or adults don’t complete the form online you will need to be enter it by clicking on the REGISTER PARTICIPANT button.
COMPLETE LOCATOR FORM INFORMATION: To complete the additional information on your locator form, click on COMPLETE LOCATOR FORM INFORMATION.
PRINT LOCATOR FORM and PRINT COVENANT FORMS: Once all of your youth and adults have submitted the covenant information, you can log back in and PRINT LOCATOR FORM and PRINT COVENANT FORMS. There is a slight lag time from submission to populating the forms.
